Need Help Ink Drop Out

Hi Sign Peeps
I have a Mutoh VJ 1604 and when I print anything longer than 2mts especially if I use a solid background then I get an ink drop out where a dark blue turns light blue and a red turns yellow.Does anyone have similar issues or can someone help with an answer...?
