I was unable to get my cx-24 to align correctly with the stickers i printed, so I cut them by hand on a cuttign mat.

I printed with HP OEM UV ink (83) on JPX-4VM VINYLE AUTOCOLLANT MAT 3,5 MIL. (matte) and when i cut it in the bleed area with my xacto, the ink flakes off... will gloss vinyl do the same? maybe I should laminate it before cutting? (just dont want to go buy a seperate roll of matte lam for a temp sticker)
