Hi everyone
I am new to this game been running indigos for the last 4 years and now I find myself doing this.
We have just got these 440ml EcoSolvent inks in to use on our machine.
We have successfully installed and are using CMY inks the black just wont have it.
(K) ink not original is the error!
I have tried another cartridge,taken the card off the original one, tried everything I can think of.
I have got loads to get through today, so if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate the help.
