When I print large banner after 1 or 2 yards my colors start fading and I get banding. If I pause machine and wait a minute everything goes back to normal. I am asuming this has to do something with dumpers. I have SC-545 EX. I saw on ebay people selling large dumpers. I am wondering if larger dumper will fix this issue. Did you guys tried larger dumpers? Or I am having problems with something else?

What ink are you using? How old are the DAMPERS in use now?
Recommend you change the dampers and possibly the captops. The LARGE (Tall) Dampers are for the newer model Rolands.
You can get the damper for that unit with a small circular screen (original) or a large screen for higher output.
