ink vacuum system error

Hi All

any ideas? i have walked into this today. error saying ink vacuum system error with no yellow heads.
any pointers would be good.

Is this an Acuity orr Oce Arizona printer? Check the ink supply line going to yellow, make sure it's firm like all the other colors.

Check the vacuum system on yellow head ( pnuematic valve or the airline filters)

judging from the users profile, Its an Oce Arizona 350gt. (the Acuity is exactly the same, just rebranded as fuji as fuji make the ink)

The most common issue for a vacuum error is the vacuum reservoir that keep vacuum in the heads. they can start to split.
