installing 30' wide banner x 15' high banner in a hotel lobby

Just curious how some would approach an install like this? Grommets along the top every 2 feet. From what I understand the hotel does not mind screws in wall to hold up banner, that will be for 2.5 weeks only. With the weight of a scrim banner (what they are requesting) will this work? I will put a pocket along the bottom and slide in some weights.
Truthfully I want to hire a proper install company, but want to educate myself before going through with this.

Is this a once and done project or are they rotating banners through?

the correct way would be to get a tension frame, much better end results on visual and for changing out the future graphics.

What type of wall? drywall or is there anchor points(studs / solid supports)?
we have had good result using toggler bolts (the ones with the plastic snap arms) when doing installs into hollow / drywall locations

The other point is why a banner?
Yes I see that is what they want, but why? are they assuming this is the "cheapest" option?

if this a one off project, use a removable vinyl and remove after it is done.
faster install and no holes in the wall

While I kinda disagree with 2B on that install time. The banner will also be much more cost effective, but if money is not a problem, then by all means take it all. When we work with large indoor banners we hang them off trusses. These are typically for conventions so it's easier to get a pipe and drape team or building maintenance to setup all the trussing. Then it's just tie wrapping with a good tie wrap gun. Last two times were with back to back 12ft x 50ft banners. Not exactly the same situation, but we'd probably ask for something similar at first.

If they don't have anything like that, then for sure use some good drywall anchors.

It's in the lobby of a hotel, and I am only doing what the client wants. I have a sub who can print the banner in one piece with no seams

What's the ceiling like? I would prefer to have pole pockets top & bottom and hang from the ceiling if it's a grid. Or even some eye hooks on the wall
Less holes and it will hang fairly flat

I would find the studs on the wall and attach a "rail" system and hang banner from that to take the weight of your banner and weights.
Or even long wood 1x2 strips leveled and painted same color as wall to attach banner to using screws and washers at grommets.
Art museums use rails since every frame is not the same size and easy to slide cable to adjust to hanging new painting.
