Installing 9.1 in windows 11

Hi all, im looking, for help with a problem.
My old windows 10 computer is on its last legs so I just bought a new one to replace it. It has windows 11 naturally.
Signlab 9.1 has been working fine with windows 10, but according to Cadlnk 9.1 will not work with win11.
I contacted Cadlink for advice...

This is their reply:
"SignLab v9.1 is obsolete software, no support available.
This old software will also not work on the newer Windows OS 11, we cannot guarantee full functionality and you will have issues for the Dongle to be recognized due to not having a Dongle driver that is compatible with Win11."

Not what I wanted to hear since I was planning to retire at 75, two years away, I didn't really want the expense of an upgrade of Signlab,
9.1 has worked wonderfully since 2011.

Has anyone heard of a way of getting it to work on windows 11? Or of any workarounds?

Thanks lads, I was fishing for ideas here, I only got the new computer today, and had a tech guy set it up with a local account and no MS account for privacy. I have yet to install signlab with the dongle, but it will be worth a try. I will keep you posted if I succeed or fail.

You can install the software on Windows 11. I currently have SignLab 8.0 installed with the old dongle on my Win 11. You can also install and use the software on an old laptop with an old windows.

Thanks for the replies, I notice that Cadlink is now under the banner of Fiery.com. does anyone k ow who they are?
I've used Sign lab for 40 years now and it has been the most solid software of any kind I have ever used.

Hi Gray, hope you're going well.
You should be able to get it to work okay.
The main issue may be you need to install the latest dongle driver.
I'll have a poke around as I reckon I have it here. I installed SL11 on my new Win 11 comp last year, but still haven't transitioned over to it yet.
I also have my SL8 running on it too.

I hope this comes through - if not, send me an email and I will forward. I just looked at my email and got an "update" from Fiery about what I think you are talking about.
