Installing Banners on Interior Wall

I'm planning on installing three fairly large banners (2 - 3' x 12's/ 1 - 3' x 8') on a church's interior wall. I've seen a few related posts, but wanted some advice. If I use grommets/anchors, how taut should I stretch the banner before installing to keep it from sagging? Also, if I use wall anchors, is it necessary to use pole pockets and weights?
