Installing Decals on Baseball Wall Pads

Nothing seems to stick to these wall pads that line the outfield. Has anyone had experience installing large decals to wall pads? Help!!

I would think those pads would be vinyl and would need heat press vinyl or screened or a banner attached to them

Arlon DPF 8000 that stuff sticks to everything! It's made for bare cement and brick walls.

print on banner material, take the pad off the wall, wrap the pad, staple, collect check.

when they need to remove it, take off the banner...
