Insulated Coffee Cups - Logo'd

Anybody here able to do insulated coffee cups (the styrofoam kind) in various sizes and add a company logo to one side or both?

Or a distributor that has these capabilities? I have a client asking for such and animal and would rather not buy 50,000 at a time. She was looking at spending some $30,000 but doesn't need that many cups all at once.

What is the process of printing on the white styrofoam cups I see in stores?
