Arlo, I know exactly where you are coming from, I also was struck with an illness at a prime age of 40. Felt great 1 day , next thing my jacket felt like it weighed 50 pounds. Needless to say I spent 6 mo in a deathbed. The whole nature of my business changed. Lucily I didn't have to forclose on my home & shop , the last few years were quite a setback. Contenintal General quit offering Ins in MS and cannot underwrite policies for 5 yrs. Which they can at this point. 2006 What a racket they have, If the corp. didn't spend so much time gambling in the casinos, they could provide their service

WOW some of these insurance policies are really cheap -
I want to relocate too!

what if you go to install window lettering even and crack their window
what if you are delivering a 4x8 panel (you might not do these now, but could later) and it falls out of your truck because you didn't secure it properly - not to mention what everyone else has already said
