Interesting Banner Request

I have a client looking for a banner that must meet the following specs ...

60" x 123"
Solid blockout Black Banner (No Black Print on White Material)
White Die Cut Lettering
"Cut Out" "V" with red translucent stitched behind so it illuminates at night.

I guess the questions is does anyone have ideas for materials to do something like this. I have not use colored roll stock in 3 years, and never have i cut a letter out and stitched another film in place.

2nd ... Who could do this for me ?

The technique and result you describe sounds like an eradicable awning material...i.e. black material with white reveal; remove the white "v" and replace with red "v"

Yep, eradication would be a whole lot easier. Ask a local awning company about doing it for you.

If they have to have it stitched then these people can probably help.
