Interior Wall Lettering

I have cut a bunch of lettering for interior walls, like home decor type stuff. Anyone print and cut this stuff? I am looking for a material to print and cut, that you can remove easily. in the past I have been using oracal's wall vinyl, but never seem to have the right color in stock and think printing it would open up lot, any chop my material costs down.

Mosh, I thought your shop was too big to fool around with home decor! Do a lot of "professional" sign shops do home decor on order or would it fall under minimum order standards for most places! Sorry to be a thread pirate, but your question made me ask.

As to what you are asking, I would wonder if the printed would show up as well as the cut vinyl does. I use any kind of vinyl I have laying around, don't even try to use "wall vinyl". Not giving a warranty on it either other than a reasonable time period it's not going to fall off the wall. Also, I would check into the material that "FATHEADS" are made out of, that should give you the right stuff for what you need.

Avery MPI2611. It's the only Avery product I use and it's awesome for any wall stuff. I do murals, I do print and cut, and as long as I let it gas out for a full 24 hours, I've never had any peeling or curling issues. Fatheads require a 1/8 to 1/4" white border around contour gut graphics but this Avery stuff doesn't need that. It's 6mil and easy as anything I've ever installed to install.

It's the only Avery product I've never had an issue with.

I'm loving the Avery 2611 as well..

The phototex stuff is also REALLY awesome. Keep in mind you need a special carbide 60 degree blade for cutting it.
