Looking for any input on invoicing and utilizing perforated paper for same.

Right now i use an existing excel template for invoices which has worked out well. Some clients get billed quarterly for hourly work I do on their web sites that the excel file calculates for me and others get billed as work is done for vinyl work and such.

I would like to switch to using perforated paper and obtain return envelopes that my customers can rip off the perforation of the invoice and place in the return envelope and not have to worry about writing my business name and address on the envelope (will be on the perforated piece that they tear off)

Any ideas on where to get started?
