Ion Flatbed overspray

Anyone know what can cause or what to check for on light overspray issues around the letters, it's really only doing it on the cyan. Humidity is in the 20% range, and it's winter time of course. Noz-out and angled nozzled prints look okay. Any suggestions are appreciated

matthews cleaner 6428SP

"plastic prep" really kills static on the ion in the winter especially on poly. and its used to substitute the 99% alcohol so you do not have to use 2 cleaners just the 6428SP
