Hello to all,

Im having this problem on a FC7000, in flex gets worst than in vinyl. I changed blade and blade holder and keeps the same. Is something on the pulleys or motors?

Thank you all

Knows just enough to get in a lot of trouble..
Could be the rollers, check to make sure it is clean. Also check the cutting strip, if there are deep grooves it could contribute to this as well.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Once again a need for the classic remedy for this sort of behavior.

Remove the tool carriage dust cover and blow the dust and crud out of the carriage. Pay particular attention to the blade up/down mechanism.

All the above plus check into insuring the same pressure on the the left and right pinch rollers (they are different with their own part numbers - they do need to be replaced at some point in time. Graphtec had them in stock last time I ordered them.
