Is it ink contamination??

Printing out text from FlexiPro 7.6 designed in photo shop also does the same thing
when designed in Flexi,, Installed new heads, capping station, pump just a few
days ago. I am using 3rd party ink,,,not having this issue before..
Can anyone shine some light on this???

I can't see the photo very well, i'm assuming you mean the color shift? your magenta head is out of alignment.

Well,, I did corrected the problem! All the Ranking numbers were wrong,,, I entered
in the correct numbers were on the heads. Guess when the last time I
changed heads I did not enter in any numbers at all....
