Need Help Is there a Steel laminated panels like MaxMetal

I have request to carve a board with a steel surface( something maganets will stick too. ) They want me to veneer a wood skin over the steel and then they will use reare earth magnet to stick to the wood.

Essentially the same as MaxMetal, Alumet, Economy ACM , DiBond etc. Ecept it's magnetic steel. Magnetic paint will not work the density needs to be 26 guage or heavier.

I don't want to make the sheet myself.

Piedmont Plastics has one coming out, with magnetic receptive steel one side and dry erase on the other.

We had a big job 2 weeks ago and they were 3mm steel panels like ACM, we got the boards from Wensco sign supply.

Maybe buy a magnetic dry erase board and sheet that with vinyl?

Yep. I've tried it with the dry erase surface and it work great. But the product is heavy as hell.
