Is There A Way To Raise The Head Height On The Hp L25500?

I keep getting a jam because the head height is very low and it's catching the edge of the material. The vacuum is turned up and the heat setting are correct. The back of the carriage seems to be lower than the front. Is there any way to adjust this?

Nope. Use media clips.
