Eric, I think it was created with a font called Mr.Chisel which is a overlay type font.

it looks to me to be mikes block with an added shadow mikes block is a letter head font...
it looks like it could be slightly stretched also.

Start with Serifa BT or Stymie as a start and stretch as required - awfully close. Lubo could work too.

GeoSlab wasn't it. I do have one called CG Nashville Exbd which is close, so if you have a lighter (med) version it might work.
