Is this an ink dropout issue?

We are running a L25500 and are having some color issue, not sure if it is ink dropout or what. This will happen randomly so I know it's not a profile issue. It's as if the Cyan head stops firing in between areas of ink and no ink. We called HP not to long ago and the told us that this is known issue and to change the Onyx settings to left justification and print the gutter. That seemed to work for a while, but the issue has now reappeared. Any idea on what could be causing this. All print heads are new also.

We have ran between 200 and 500ml depending on color.

Here is a test print I ran, not really sure how to read these things.

Email me I will send you the technician manual for your machine. It will tell you what to look for on the test prints, as well as everything about your machine. it's the manual the HP techs take out to fix a machine. erich@aconezone.com

The tests look good. I'm with Big Easy on this one. Have you tried reripping the file under a different name? There is a lot in the manual that you will get from Big Easy. Keep us updated on what you find.
