Is this Clip Art or Hand drawn?

Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving and I am sure many of you are like me and back to work today. However I had a customer send want me to reproduce an old T shirt he has cause his current guy is not getting back to him. What I was wondering is has anyone seen this before? Is this a clip art or is it hand drawn and I should just be sending it to Eric to complete for a trace? Thanks guys

Its clipart, but the styles are different on the girl and the seated person. Probably from two different vendors or collections.

It looks very much like a composite of a clip art guy with his tongue out, [why is he holding what appears to be a paint brush?], and a waitress babe drawn in two rather different styles. The chair, table, coffee pot, and fountain of coffee seem to have been added to the pair of clip art characters since they are in their own, relatively amateurish style. Especially the chair and table.

Probably easy to re-draw, but a new custom graphic from someone like John Deaton might be a better bet....
