Don't know about a déjà vu but you may have fealt as if you've seen this before.

I looked through an old brush script collection that came on a 3.5'' floppy and didn't see it anywhere.

Sorry Al, I got nothing. It has a resemblance to Freehand 521 as well as a few others but you already know that. I went through every resource at my disposal and nothing. I'm inclined to believe it's someones attempt at a custom creation using characteristics from a variety of fonts.
