ISA Show?

I was thinking about going to the Vegas ISA Show in April, Is it the largest show of it kind? I've been to the NMB & ISS show locally in DFW area.
Don't really need anything new but would like to see what is out there.
It won't cost me hardly anything to go except time due to airline miles and comped room in Vegas..

ISA is much, much larger show. Wear good walking shoes...don't wear high heels, haha......but be prepared.....it's become more and more bombarded with vendors from China....

We will be there, we go every year....meeting up with friends having some drinks....having some drinks...maybe we'll spend a few hours at the show....but I plan to be poolside a lot!!

The drinks part sounds good and sounds like you're having a lot of them, but being at the pool, are you gonna be testing things for weathering information or if things are waterproof/resistant ??

I booked he flight this morning, It will be a quick one Fly in Thursday morning and leave Friday night.
Coming by myself as the wife has to work and my son will be out of town wrapping 3 cars.
I won't bring my high heels...
I did splurge $97.00 for a car so I could come and go as I please..
Now waiting on hotel/casino folks to get back with the best room deal for a night..

Waterproof?...well you know what they say.....slippery when wet. The only thing I'm going to be testing is to see who makes the dirtiest martini...

Luxor is close. They have a tram to the expo. Cheap rates.

Right, that's another part of this. You don't really need a car....the show is at Mandalay Bay which is connected to Luxor, Excalibur (trammed), and bridged to MGM & New York New York and walking distance to a lot to see. I wouldn't waste money on a car...anything a block off the strip is just ghetto.....We're staying at the Luxor this year and have never really needed a car for anything...

We were thinking of staying at the luxor, but we have a deal with the wynn and we can stay there for another $160 from 7-10.

I got the car so I don't have to take a cab or bus if I want to go somewhere to eat or gamble.. May stay at the Golden Nugget, I got a pretty good rate there..

Been there Gino...
10 years ago my wife booked me a trip to Vegas for the ASI show. The hotel she booked was right down the street from the Sands Convention center, sure it was!!! About 2 miles, I walked it once and then a couple bus rides
and 1 hour later I got back to my hotel... I will have a car in Vegas even if it sits in a garage..lol

That just sounds like too much work  .....I just want to walk out my hotel room...order a drink, walk across the two hotels joint tunnel bridge thingy...play a few slots on my way and just stroll on into the show....say my hi's and bye's then hit the pool or play some more :Big Laugh ....I was given a choice....stay at a nice hotel, or stay at a mediocre and have more money to play and shop......obviously....I like to shop....

I've always stayed downtown at the Golden Nugget, except the one time at the ASI show. My wife's casino hostess is off til friday and said she would get back to me about a comped room then but I did go ahead and book a room for $59.00 there just in case I can't get a freebee..
Kgirl-my wife is like you, she was in on the idea until I told her it was only 1 night and said she was wasting her trip to Vegas for only 1 night... She loves to go and would spend all day and night in the casino on slots and drinking...When we were there in October she won $10k on a $2.00 bet ...
