ISSUE REGARDING PRINTING

I AM FACING PROBLEM WHILE PRINTING. ON SCREEN THERE IS NO MASK NO ANY COLOUR BUT WHEN I PRINT THE LIGHT IS SHOWING. I HAVE TRIED MANY EXTENSIONS REMOVED THE MASK AS WELL STILL IT IS THERE ANY ONE PLEASE HELP ME ASAP

Rasterizing the file in Photoshop and saving as mention as a JPEG or other format will usually fix this.

Looks like you may be mixing color spaces. More than likely, your AI doc is in cmyk and your photo is in rgb.

Convert the photo to cmyk in photoshop and resend.

You can also save the file out as a PDF x1a
