Issues printing 1" round labels with lots of detail

Hey guys my client wants a 1" round label printed out and the finer details seem not to being printed. I have rotated the image for finer clarity and raised the detail to 720@720x720 8 Pass high quality and 360@720x1440 16 pass and the labels in all of these settings come out looking great but the mountains in the label don't print. I tried changing the color profile to premium coated and still the same. I have an Epson SC 80600 and using orajet 3164 gloss vinyl. I am assuming that my printer just doesn't want to print detail on an image this small? I attached a pic of what the label should look like and how it comes off the printer. Any advice would be great I am assuming the label is just to small....thx

It’s all about your print!
Export as a .tiff at 300 dpi and test. If that background prints then it’s a transparency issue. Onyx Thrive does just fine with multiply but not with any other options such as overlay.
You can also set your rendering intent to the same on the both CMYK and RGB. If that doesn’t fix it it’s most likely the transparency and the background will need to be flatttened and then placed behind your image. That way you can still use the vector cut line without having to send two files.

hi
for fine detail, set your rip to print in uni directional not by-directional
use the maximum pass count
slow the print head speed down
enable pre feed option
have a go at printing with different print profiles and colour settings, go with the one that works the best

if you get over flooding on the prints take the saturation down start with 12% on the rip or on the artwork
play around with the colour curve
(always better to do this in a new colour profile, name it the customer job, and keep the profile ready for next time)

Try converting the image to a Tiff or jpeg then add the cut contour line and export as an eps or pdf
