Need Help Issues printing photos

I'm trying to print a photo of a deli sandwich and the colors are coming out really bland, the tomato prints orange instead of red. I tried to adjust the contrast and saturation and rasterized the image but the photo still prints the same as before. Mutoh 1604, Flexi 10. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Set the Rendering Intent for bitmaps to 'Perceptual' and send an RGB image. Do not send a CMYK image. Do this and it should pretty much be 'what you see is what you get'.
