Issues with printing double sided on HP FB700

I am using an HP FB700 and for some reason when I print the second side, the image always shifts 1/4" or more. So I reprint again and try to change the margins to compensate for the shift. Each time has a different result. Anyone have a clue?

What could you be printing that needs to be double sided ?

Double sided coroplast? Foamcore? Gator Board? Etc.

Does the camera register you second side? If not, is the media positioned correctly at the same position?

If you print from the internal harddisk, and the camera checks the media position, I would suggest to check the margin settings of the job.
