Question Issues with there 300 series printers

Does anyone else have issues with there printer after a firmware update? My issue this time with my 310 is the vacuum at the dryer area seems to be making the vinyl stick causing a hump and smearing the print. Nothing changed just the firmware update. Seems like every time the firmware is updated here comes an issue with the printer. I DREAD FIRMWARE UPDATES!!!!!!

HP has been known to do things like this. Check your vacuum setting and lower it.
