Jeep Hood Decal & Wheel Decal

Wife just bought a Jeep. She wants me to make a hood decal like this, and said some jeeps had tiny decals on the wheels that looked like old 2 door jeeps. Anyone have these? Thanks in advance!

for the hood, probably the easiest way would be knifeless tape and matte wrap film

the wheel decal doesn't look hard to recreate

X2 on knifeless tape for the hood. The wheel decal looks like a dark silver-metallic cut vinyl.
The grill is also wrapped with the matte black wrapping vinyl.

That doesn't look like a decal on the wheel...looks like it was implemented in to the powder coating. Maybe I'm wrong.

I wouldn't do it the hood with knifless i would find a better picture of the hood she likes on google and figure out the proportions and cut it on the plotter shouldn't take more than a half hour. It would take me more time to lay out the knifeless.
