Jenks Blue ???

We're doing a small aluminum sign for a Missouri Pacific Lines (Railroad). The guy brought in an old decal and wants it on a Jenks Blue background.
Called the local hobby shop and the guy said they "used to" have it but can't find any in his shop.
Any one know anything about this type of thing or where I can find a paint recipe? The sign is only 15" x 15" so it's not like we'll need a gallon.

First question is why on earth did you call a hobby shop?

Now secondly, looking for enamel? Go down to a local paint shop, bring a color sample and have it copied and you're good to go.

No color sample? Tell your customer he needs to provide one.
