JFX200-2513EX Pressure control

Foremost thanks in advance for any assistance you may offer. Recently our machine gave me a negative p. over error. This has only occurred one other time in the over two years of having the machine. So according to manual's procedure I attempt to adjust the pressure. Negative pressure will never reach -2.70 as it should. It remained around -5 to -4.8 even with the throttle valve completely opened. I was able to reach slightyt closer if I moved the positvie pressure valve. All fittings appear to be connected good and no signs of air leak. Thinking because the age of machine it could be the air pump wearing out we replaced the air pump, which made zero changes in the machine. I then went ahead and replaced both the postive and negative pressure throttle valves. After doing so, I was able to once acheive negative ppressure of -3.85. Which was still out of range. I called a service tech and they thought it could be the air bank located above the print heads. Advised to clamp the line prior to the bank and see if that would cure or move the pressure which it had zero effects. Is there any other causes of the pressure to be "leaking off" or being so unstable. We've been down almost a week of print time and becoming desperate for solutions.

Check the filter near the throttle valves, these can clog and cause issues.

I will be sure to check this while opening up the machine tomorrow. I did speak with a different tech today, and it was suggected to go ahead an replace the 3 way / 2 valve as it was one the only components not touched yet. So it is on order as well. I will report back with any findings. Thank you

I have the same machine since 2017, I have had some pressure error, but easy to fix, still using the same pump filters etc., better call for service if you can.

Filter tends to be low hanging fruit, good to keep those on hand anyways. But it could be the solenoid valves, or the throttle valve itself. Also seen silly things like loose subtank connections causing it. Anything in the system is suspect, but it surprises me how few people know the vacuum filter is a thing that needs regular changing.
