JFX200 Vacuum issue - Not working

Hello everyone. So went in to print on our jfx200 yeaterday and pushed the vacuum button and the light next to the button on the control panel came on but no vaccuum. Anyone ut there had this issue before? Just wanted to check before I start digging too deep. Thank you!

Check the relay circuit located in the electronics panel on the bottom of the machine and see if anything has come loose.

or if contacts are burned on the relay (assuming it is a mechanical relay)
ALSO look for ringed solder connections
