I had something similar just last week..greys were coming out purple. Sure enough the yellow head was printing magenta??? A couple of medium cleans fixed it.

You Two are probably using different color profiles and/or media so it's hard to compare apples to apples unless you have all the same settings.
Sounds like ya got it handled anyways.....
