.080 with 1" Aluminum angle welded to the back then plan to install aluminum gemini letters on that.....

Subbed out the welding cause I am busy, I get them back the panels are worped from using too much heat. Instead of grinding off the paint where the welds went they just turned up the heat to burn through the paint.....I wasted 5 sheets of .080 and over 100 feet of angle. I redid them my self.....AAAHHHH

Then the letters showed up from Gemini THE WRONG COLOR!!! They admit it to be their mistake but have not called me back to let me know when I can expect the replacements.

I am ready to call it a day!

For stuff like that, I won't have anything thinner than .125" welded. Lord's works great and there's no risk of warping.

I would hope Gemini puts a rush on the replacement letters. Nothing like having to explain stuff like that to the customer.

+1 on the Lord's. It's pretty expensive and we go through more nozzles than we do razor blades, but it works amazingly well.

I ended up VBH and pop rivets (counter sunk and covered with body puddy)

Gemini is being weird, I have used them for 25 years and never had this much trouble.
When I first ordered this they priced it as a custom font, when my request clearey said times roman. Then they changed the order number cause I ran this through Midwest Sign Supply so I don't have COD charges or the 6% added on for paying with a CC.

AAAHHHH!!!!
