Wondering what other shops are using for software to create and schedule job orders specifically installs. We have always used paper and a planner board but it's getting harder and harder to track properly and when an order goes missing it is likely to not get billed. I've tried and wasted ALOT of money and time with Shopvox and Cyrious..... not sure I can go down that path again, took years off my life trying to deal with terribly complicated software and setup. We currently use Shop Tracker but aren't overly impressed.
