Job Prints Smaller Than What Is Sent

I am trying to print a 4x8 Banner, my printer reads 58" wide of available print space.
Whenever I send the banner over, the banner is only 36" wide instead of 48"

Any solution to this?

Are the dimensions in Production Manager showing the correct values for Media size, and also and correct values in Job size??

Check to make sure you have the size scale at 100 percent
