Jobs wont show in Layout window

Any idea why I can't get my files to show in the layout window?

I've updated..
rebooted
Cleared job log...
rebooted
Initialized application
rebooted
Uninstalled Versaworks
rebooted
Re-installed Versaworks
rebooted
Updated from new install
rebooted
downloaded and installed newest firmware
and then rebooted

Still the same thing.

Any suggestions?
