Joining together and fill.

I'm trying to make this all one line joining the lower part, straight across. I will be cutting so I'll have to trim out the rest. I want to fill in as well...Weld? What? Maybe there is a few options

Not totally sure how Flexi works, but in my program, if the shapes overlap, however slightly, and you select both shapes and select contour, they will join (weld) and become one shape.

I'm sure most other programs are similar, although wording for "contour" may be weld, join, or something similar.

Yep in Flexi it is "Weld" then select weld by color should do what you want.
