i have a old jsi-24 i brought back to life , trying to get it to cut with flexi sign pro. it will only seem to cut horizontally , even when i set it to cut vertically , it will still cut hor.... and cut over the letters it already cut. ,im using flexisign pro 7.6v2 this is getting really annoying , i installed my signgo demo and it seems to cut ok , but i paid alot of money for flexi and needing some help here. has anyone experienced this dillemma?
