Juice Drop Layers and Photo Paint X3

Hi all,

I am wanting to purchase some Juice Drops collections, however, I was wondering if the layers are maintained if opened in Photo Paint X3? Don't have Photoshop(Yet) and not sure I am ready to buy if I can't edit and manipulate the layers individually.

Layers are supported, but the ones with Photoshop's proprietary Layer Styles are NOT...no way to know which ones are which without simply opening them up.
