The Church of the Good Shepherd in Vienna has filed a lawsuit against Fairfax County after being served with a notice saying its sign violated county code because the messages were changed more than twice in a 24-hour

They are luck to have an electronic sign, there are lots of places around here that won't let you have them at all. They don't want these small towns to "look like Las Vegas".

Our town there is only one district that allows them, the rest of the town can't have them.
