I still sell these quite often, they are a great indoor printer. Outdoor is possible but with the slightly higher than solvent ink cost coupled with the more expensive medias, you will not be able to compete if it comes down to a sq. footage war. For many this is not so big a deal as it is really not their main focus.

Also, I believe HP may be doing an upgrade program now or soon where you can trade them in towards newer units.
