please do not keep attempting to turn it on. turn it off and unplug it. push the front button several times. there's probably a drop on ink that fell into a print head's data port or something. i've had this happen before. my printer came out of ok.
the printer is trying to protect itself. you could seriously damage the printer by powering up right now.
