Jv-3 adjust capping station height

I would like some guidance on setting the capping station height. I messed with it after replacing a head and now I can't seem to get the adjustments correct. Often times the metal capping station plates are drying out while ink is pooling to the sides of the rubber seals.

Also it seems the black print head is in need of replacement now... not sure if this is from the capping station or if it just needs replaced. Test print black is a wiggly mess.

Okay...
I changed the black head.

I still need help adjusting these:
"capping position"
"absorb position"
"flash position"
and "wiper position".

Please help.
