JV-33 is not getting power to the motor

Hello,

My JV-33 is not getting power to the motor. When I try to run a test, I get the Error, and when I go to do the cleaning, I get the message. Can anyone let me know what I can do to fix it?

What error code(s) are you getting, if any? Is the motor showing any movement at all?
