JV 33 roll to roll

When printing roll to roll then the media roll on the take up devise in not firm at all, very soft.The take up device motor is changed but the problem remains...

Im with JV3 and I have 3 power options, week, normal and strong on take up device. You have to read the operation manual I think.

JV33 has torque limiter on take up device motor and thats it.
