JV100 ink usage question

I reordered a JV100 160 and it will be installed this Wednesday, it will be set up with CMYK x2 with 600ml bags, my question is will both heads draw from the same bag until it is empty or does each head draw from a separate bag?

Hi Gary,

Yes, just like other cartridge-based Mimakis, the JV100 pulls from one cartridge until it reaches the end and then switches to the backup cartridge.

Thank you I've been using an 8color jv300 for a long time this is the first printer in over 10 years running cmyk x2

What rip do you plan on using with that printer?

I plan to use Rasterlink 7, why what do you recommend

That is fine, Flexi only has 1 or 2 profiles so that is a no no
