LACK OF INK FLOW, IF YOU HAVE CLEAN FLOWING LINES, THE DAMPERS ARE NEW/REPLACED AND THE HEAD STILL DOESN'T PRINT GOOD TEST PRINTS/FILES YOU EITHER HAVE AN INK ISSUE OR A BAD HEAD. Honestly man there are too many variables just to pinpoint it but, those are a couple.
