JV3-130 TEST/PRINT Issue

    Any idea what would cause this on a test print?

    Hi it happen to me ones
    It was the ribbon cable the one tthat run from mother board to the
    Head board in top of the print head,
    Disconnect printer from a/c outlet ,take the five cable out.
    Clean the tip with alcohol,
    And then put it back in .
    It should work.

    Thanks for responding. I dont know much about the rest of the printer. Can you please tell me in more detail what I need to do and where to look for five cable out so I can clean it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
